We would like to announce an important leadership transition at MSM Group.

After six impactful years with MSM Group, Matthew Metz will be relocating with his family to Canada in 2026. Matt has been instrumental in the growth of our Industrial and Automotive Divisions, driving expansion, building strong teams, and delivering operational excellence. We sincerely thank him for his dedication and leadership, and wish him and his family all the best in their next chapter.

We would also like to announce Steve Jo as our new Vice President of Automotive, effective 5 January 2026. With over two decades of international automotive experience, including key roles with Mercedes-Benz and other leading brands in the UAE, Steve brings deep expertise in retail, aftersales, and customer experience.
