The recruitment process at the MSM Group is a major component handled by HR and line managers. This involves searching for the right people with right specifications for right roles.  

We have below recruitment stages:

  1. Receive Applications and screen in 1-2 working days
  2. Initial Short List → contact applicants/ First Interview(s) by phone  
  3. Take Selection tests with Basic Skills/if required
  4. Second Interview (with HR management and line and Upper management)in 1-3 days
  5. Take professional tests and make an evaluation
  6. Make a Hiring decision in 3 days
  7. Inform to successful applicants and send out recruitment notice or Job offer to the best candidate
  8. Receive necessary documents from the new hires 
  9. Start employment relations
